How it works

Use it properly. Run your produce through a few cycles, see what you think. Testing it is the whole point, so a used device is absolutely fine.

If you decide it is not for you, email us at support@cropdetox.com within 30 days of your delivery date and we will talk you through the return. You cover the return shipping, and once the device arrives back with us we refund the full purchase price.

That is the whole policy. No fine print, no restocking fees, no hoops.

A few practical notes

• The 30 days runs from the date your order is delivered, not the date you ordered.
• Return shipping is covered by you. We recommend a tracked service so the parcel does not go missing on its way back.
• We refund the full purchase price once the device reaches us, to your original payment method.
• This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.
