Crop DeTox is an Australian eCommerce business operating at cropdetox.com. These terms apply to all use of our website and all purchases made through it.

Ordering

When you place an order with us, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances -- for example if a product is out of stock or if there's been a pricing error. If this happens, we'll contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at the time you complete your order.

Product information

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations may occur. If a product differs materially from its description, you're entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

Warranty

Crop DeTox 2.0 comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@cropdetox.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crop DeTox's liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or website is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

All content on this website -- including text, images, branding, and design -- is owned by Crop DeTox. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
